Patients entering the Avondale Timeshare Clinic are met with a full-glass entryway and a waiting room surrounded by windows overlooking McDowell Road. Situated on the second floor of the AKOS Medical Campus Building, this new build-out takes over an empty suite with 3500sf of new clinic space, laid out to support flexible use by multiple doctors. The suite features 8 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and a lab space centered around a spacious nurse station. The central nurse station is framed by a soffit overhead that wraps around the side, following the main corridor around the exam rooms.
