ASAP MEDICAL OFFICE

Expanding their footprint within the metro Phoenix area, Advanced Spine and Pain’s new 12,000 square foot medical office building is home to an outpatient ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and clinic to continue their work in providing pain management care. The building also includes 4,600 SF of shell space to support an additional tenant or future expansion for ASAP.

The desert modern aesthetics of the building utilize reveal lines and textures in EIFS resembling a panelized façade treatment while providing a visually striking building with cost effective construction. Long canopies welcome users from the patient drop off zone and lead to thoughtfully designed interior lobbies. Warm neutral tones comfort patients while they await service in either the clinic or surgery center. 

Ten Exam Rooms on the Clinic side and 8 patient bays in the surgery center allow for high patient volume to effectively service the area and provide satellite services for residents on the west side of Phoenix.
