The new 8,800 square foot analytical lab for CND Life Sciences is a cutting-edge facility designed to combat neurodegenerative diseases. The suite features modern finishes accented with tenant-specific branding colors. Located in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, the lab’s design incorporates an open-concept layout allowing for maximum collaboration, future expansion, and open communication between scientists and researchers.
The sleek design features a neutral color palette with splashes of vibrant blues and oranges. Neurological-inspired artwork throughout helps create a dynamic atmosphere for the researchers. The entry lobby is marked by a sleek stone-look reception desk and acoustical wood ceiling centered around a decorative suspended pendant.
DESIGN INSPIRATION
Additionally, the lab’s spacious workstations and shared spaces promote teamwork and productivity while its minimalist décor creates a focused and calming environment. Multiple breakout and collaboration spaces allow for a variety of flexible uses and are lit by integral grid-mounted lighting which follow the angular lines of the ceiling grid.
This new research facility is a sophisticated and innovative space that encourages scientific breakthroughs in the critically important fight against neurodegenerative diseases.
