The newest edition to the Power Marketplace Business Park in Queen Creek, AZ features this ground-up, multi-tenant flex industrial building with capacity to include up to ten tenants at full occupancy. Creating this flexibility was a product of close coordination among the design disciplines, and development of a hyper efficient, repeatable scheme that carries from the exterior through the interior of the building.
Design guidelines for the business park called for a warm, southwest aesthetic, different than the more contemporary cooler palettes seen in other areas of metro Phoenix. Massing, reveal patterns, concrete form liner and light entry canopies give a contemporary spark to the traditional southwest color tones and style desired for the park and distinguishes the building on the primary entry parcel when entering off of East Germann Road.
