This renovation included the remodel & refresh of approximately 2,800 SF within the existing Arizona Association of Realtors office in Phoenix, AZ. The project focused on enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal, incorporating new finishes and modern furniture to create a contemporary and inviting workspace. Stylish seating areas and adaptable furniture solutions create a dynamic and versatile workspace.
A strategic lighting plan was implemented to enhance the overall atmosphere and provide task-specific illumination where needed. By incorporating both natural and artificial light sources we were able to provide a bright and energizing environment.
The overall design seamlessly integrated the tenant’s brand identity, creating a cohesive visual experience for both clients and staff. Customized elements, such as branded signage, local artist’s murals, and artwork, reinforce the company's professional image.
Through this remodel, our goal was to create a space that not only meets the functional needs of the team but also reflects the contemporary and progressive identity of the company. We enjoyed bringing this client’s vision to life and creating a space that fosters productivity & collaboration.
